it will depend on what type of tire. some run more narrow, some run wide. A good example of wide tires are BF goodrich kdw2s.
When i had tanabe gf210 drop, i didn't rub with 285/35/19 with a 12 offset with fenders rolled. hope that helps.
Thanks for the info. I am running Toyo T1R but that's all I've ever had so I don't know how it stacks up width-wise against anything else.
GF210 is lower than my hotchkis setup (I think) so you would have had more negative camber. Did you have a camber kit installed to get you back into OEM specs?
^ T1R's aren't the greatest for traction but they tend to have a nice curved sidewall for lowered applications...
Yeah the edge of the outer tread does have a nice rounded contour, not a sharp corner. Maybe I will buy a set of the 10mm spacers and try them out. Worst case I can sell them. Also not too concerned about traction - I am N/A and I don't think I'll be breaking them loose with my popcharger and mrev2 LOL.
