What spacers should I get to be hella flush?
My volks are +22 all around
I'm thinking 10-20mm?

Unless you plan on stretching those tires, I wouldn't go more than 15mm.
It will look kind of ridiculous sticking out with that setup.

Lower it more first, get camber/toe corrected to what you want, then measure for spacers.
If your content with the height it is now, then measure and pick the size that works.
