I have a 2005 touring that came with the 17Inch wheels. I recently bought the 2006 18inch wheels and tires. I wonder if my original 17inch spare will work with my new 18inch wheels and tires.

Yes, but only use it as a a spare and for a few miles. If I am not mistaken I believe all Z's have the 17" spare with the exception of the Track and GT models?

Yes only dont go around driving with it on unless you have to otherwise you add increased wear to your differential due to the difference in sizes.
