guys i need some help

i have some Racing Hart type CR's 19x10 +22 offset lowered on Hotchkis TVS stage 1 kit

i just bought some Toyo Proxy 4 295/30/19

will i rub?

toyo website says that this tire is 11.7 inches wide...

That setup will rub on good size dips and over bumps on the freeway. A frender roll will take care of it.
