I've had the Racing Hart C4R wheels for about a year now and recently the clear coat on the lip peeled off making it white and cloudy in certain areas of the lip. I have been washing my wheels with soap and water as recommended the day I got the wheels. What is the best product out there to get rid of the white cloud or do I need to re-polish them. Thanks and all suggestion and advice appreciated
