I could be biased since I always like to see 5 spokes on a Z. So I'd go for the 545.

Try to pony up a tad bit more money for the "R" series, you like the lip better. They don't have the step lip.

the 546s look like a fancy version of the track rims. I've always like those, so I say go for the 546s

You will find that the 445's are much lighter than the 545's which are an older generation wheel. I was going to get 545's because they looked better to me until I personally went to the HRE factory in Vista and held each in my hand.

The "R" series without the step up lips seems too preety in a Z. The step up lips makes it more sporty feeling thats just my opinion

The 590-series are the "new" wheels of the 500 series. They have made some subtle changes in profiles as well as some weight savings.

Contrary to many here, I say stay away from the R-series (flat lip) ... the step-lip is timeless and definitely a head turner. Sure, you can't rest your phone on there to show everyone your wheels (this seems to be the motivation for buying wheels for half the posters here) ... but they simply look sportier with the step.

IM the 545 because it's a 5 spoke. I think it looks cleaner. vo7848 is right, if you are going to drop some bread and buy these wheels, save some more and get the R series.
