Reminds of the Black, uhm, cough cough, African Amercian lady ranting at a customer service counter about how they were overcharging her for something that was in layaway, blah blah blah. She kept raising her voice and then turning around to another black couple that she didn't even know and ranted to them. And the sad part is, they kept saying, I know thats right girlfriend, it was funny!

Speak to your law teacher and see what she says....Im thinking though that if you go to court they will use the broken door as a counter suit and it will be a wash or you may have to pay...Lord knows how much the door costs...They could even claim the door costs more to repair than the money you are alledging they owe you...You may end up having to pay them money....Wish you the best bro...

 

Find the salesmen after work with about 10-15 buddies with you. Just the shear number of bodies will make him rethink what he did. If not, 15-1 is pretty good odds. lmao.
