Thumbs down Amity Nissan SUCKS

I bought the Z back in April...I originally had ordered the extended warranty, and lojack. That costed an extra $3777 dollars...Shortly after the purchase, I decided to cancel those two out. The Lojack was never installed and the extended warranty was cancelled. When it came time for amity nissan to pay us back the money, the check never came. I kept calling them and asking wtf happened, but kept getting run-around answers, for 8 MONTHS...Since the title was under my mom's name, she signed a paper saying that amity would send a check for $2500 the next day. The check came just a couple days ago, and now they're saying that the $2500 "satisfys" the full amount, which is BS , because they still owe me another $1277...What should I do?

BTW, I was so pissed off, when I stormed out of the dealership, I shoved the door open so hard I broke it...now they said they're going to bill me for the repair of the door

I'm so f*ckin pissed right now...what should I do?

I'm never buying another nissan again

I wouldn't blame Nissan, but the idiots you had to work with there. Breaking the door didn't help your cause, in fact, it may have hindered it. Looks like your Mom screwed you buy signing off on that amount. Nothing you can really do at this point but 'live and learn', just don't take your rage out on Nissan or the 350!

i know the door thing was a bad move, but they shouldn't have to charge me since they get rich off ripping off customers, and being dishonest

I would call them and ask for the owner.. that usually lands you with their assistant and they typically will help resolve the issue. If you go the legal route you yourself may end up in court over your door swinging stunt.

If your name is not on the title, then you are not the owner. You cannot cancel anything. You cannot receive a check for anything.

Let mom work this out: its her car.

U need to keep ur cool in the future. Emotional minds dont make good decisions. I was in a store one time and there was a guy ranting over a legitamate wrong. He stormed out and in leaving crashed into the Gas Pumps. All of a sudden his legitamate wrong no longer existed. I hate seeing an ashole get the upper hand through a technicality.

Nissan really has had serious issues with this car. I thought the 06 would change that, but I guess not. Beyond that, Nissan Customer Service really is bad.
