Default What is your budget on wheels

I use to think 1500-2000 dollars for wheels/tires was soo expensive.
but nowadays, I can't seem to go lower than that when buying new wheels alone.
I think something is wrong with me.haha.
I'm considering to buy some TE37s in 19s and its been on my mind every single day....

anyone with same problem?

Default Wheels $$$$$

Is there an ascending scale bling factor as your wheels become more expensive? $3400 is almost 2/3 of a Turbonetics turbo or a whole bunch of other NA mods.

Generally speaking I would say a CHEAP set of wheels w/ tires will run 2K. A GOOD set will run 4-5k w/ tires. Just my 2c

Mods for this car is just downright ridiculous! I purchased a set of '18 Axis Spiders with tires $1500, so I cant imagine why a set of '19 Volks cost $3500! I was gonna join the GTS army but I couldnt see it, so I bought a set of GTV's from Status for $2700! Work's are fukin insane, $4,000!

there are some in that range used in the marketplace thread but I'd just save up abit more and get brand new volks. usually u can get a good deal for 3500 with tires...it's alot more but 2600 for something used is just too much dont u think?

to really get a good set of wheels, u really need to spend at least 3k...this is just the wheels itself without tires...i would say 4k is very good with tires...thats what im actually looking into this spring coming up...i hate to buy something just to say i have it and start staring and drooling over someone whos got what i really wanted...id rather spend an extra cash that will always put a smile on my face whenever i see them...

that's not really true. In some cases "you get what you pay for" does apply but theres a lot of good quality wheels/rims for well below 3k. Unless if your buying 20's+... then that's a different story since even sh*tty rims cost atleast $900+ each..

I bought my Racing Harts for $2850.00 shipped. I love them and I get tons of compliments. I originally ordered do-luck double sixes, but things got screwed up. So I looked at the Volks, I thought they were great looking wheels but it seems like too many people have them. They are starting to become common. my .02
