Default MSR 088 Wheels? What are these?

I found this brand of wheel called MSR. I am looking into getting new wheels, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I found the model 088 and I thought they looked exactly like Miado GR5s, or similar to Volk GT-Cs.

For staggerd 19's front and back would be about $800. 10 wide in back 8.5 wide in front. Should I go for it, or are these "stay away" from wheels as far reputation and quality goes.

Weight:
19x8.5 = 29lbs
19x10 = 31lbs
(Are These Heavy?)

Offsets:
+14, +24, or +40
- I don't know **** about offsets, what offsets would I need?

Here's the picture of the wheels for comparison.

they look pretty good and great price... never heard of the brand though. 29lbs-31lbs seems like a pretty decent weight for 19's since i've seen heavier

I am not sure if that is a fake 2 piece wheel. If you like them then go for it.

it is not a 2 piece wheel

they do not offer the wheel for a Z though - you need the 5-114.3 (aka 5 x 5.4) or at worst, 5-115. They only offer them in a +40 offset, which will need massive spacers to look even decent

Weight wise, yes that it heavy, but in the realm of sub $1000 wheels, weight is generally not a primary concern

I already have 20mm spacers for the back and 15mm for the front.

The MSR fronts are +24 @ 8.5" wide and the backs are +40 @ 10" wide.

Would my current spacers make these look "decent?"

And what impact does have a two piece wheel have over a "one piece" wheel.

Sorry for being such a newb on this stuff, but you guys are my "mentors" in a sense. I really have no one else to ask about this kind of stuff
