I'm going to have to buy tires for these, but I need a bit of advice with which tires to buy. Any particular performance tire that stands out above the rest? And I'm going to have to figure out the most practical way to get these from my garage onto my Z. Is this something I would be able to accomplish myself (I'm thinking not, but...)?
Also, how off is my speedometer reading going to be with the 19s?
EDIT: I'm thinking Toyo T1R 245/275?

you won't be able to mount the tires yourself. take it to a shop. you can install the wheels yourself once the tires are mounted... but while you are at the shop, you might as well pay another 10 bucks to get them installed.
your speedo won't be off by more than a couple mph. don't worry about it.

First, the easy question - the speedometer won't be off by much because you want to get TIRES that are approximately the same diameter as the OEM tires. That retains the stagger keeping VDC/TCS happy and the speedo reading fairly accurate.
The "normal" setup is 245/35/19 and 275/35/19. I'm running 255/35/19 and 285/35/19 with no problems. There are other combinations that will work, the idea is to try and keep the diameters the same as the OEM. Or, at least try to keep the difference the same (0.7" larger rear).
My recommendations on tires would be the Michelin PS2 then the Goodrich KWD2. A lot depends on how you want the car to handle/ride, how much you want to spend, your driving style, etc.
It's a major challenge to get four 19" wheels in the Z to bring them somewhere to be mounted. I got somebody to bring mine to the shop.
