Should I buy these wheels AND tires for $1,000? Is this a good deal?
I currently have a 2003 Nissan 350z Touring Model. The user is selling these wheels for $1,000 (maybe a better offer?) Can these wheels if I purchase them fit on my 2003 Touring? He says they are factory. I like these wheels a lot!!!! Is this a good deal?

The information the user gave me:
I have a set of the optional 18" chrome wheels from a 2006 Nissan 350z Touring model. They are in great shape, with only minor scratches on one wheel (shown in pictures). There is no curb rash. The wheels and tires have less than 1,000 miles on them. They are Bridgestone Potenza 040's, front I believe are 225/45/18, and rears are 245/45/18. This is a fair price considering the tires alone sell for $199 each for the rears and $179

The going price for a set of 18" track wheels with TPS and tires is in the $1000 range. The 18" touring wheels are probably in the $650 range, and the 17" wheels probably around $400.
Those chromed wheels aren't too common so there's not a lot of them to go by when figuring a price. The track wheels are pricy because they are lightweight Rays wheels. The 17" & 18" wheels are cheap because of the wide availability.
The only attraction for the chrome ones is "how bad do you want them". They're heavy and not very popular as you can tell by some of the comments here. If you really like them and the tires are in good condition and don't include TPS, then I wouldn't pay much more than about $750 for them. Add $100 if they include TPS.
