Hey guys need a little bit of help here. Actually for my cousin. He has a 2005 350z base and is looking for some new tires. I have a great hook up (my buddie works at the tires waerehouse distribution center and gets me tires at cost really cheap) Of course the tires sizes are 225/50/17 for the fronts and 235/50/17 for the rear. Due to the size the brands and styles are a bit limited. The majority fall in the 225/45/17 and 235/45/17 category. He would like them a bit wider is posibble but he is a little worried that the 45 series would be too small. He is not planning on lowering the car or upgrading the wheels (trying to talk him into the mods but the car was recently stolen by some tweakers and he is a bit hesitant) Anyone have any suggestions on what size he should do? Should he just stick to the oe sizes or upgrade to a 235/45/17 for the fronts and a 245/45/17 in the rear?

 

I stayed with the stock 225/235 sizes...got Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's. They are amazing.
