That is very expensive for just paint. Look at my previous post for powdercoating:

It cost $75 per wheel at the place I use (A1 Chrome in Newington, CT). These guys are the best as far as customer service and they do excellent work at a reasonable rate. Give Claudio a shout if you're interested (860.666.4593) and tell him that Anthony with the gunmetal G35 wheels sent you. This price included included a full sandblasting, two coats of metallic powder (color) and a clearcoat on top. I did have some curb rash and Claudio fixed it and you would never be able to tell where it was screwed up. He welded it then sanded it down for VERY cheap. These guys are awesome!!

A while back (18 months ago) I had my rims powdercoated in Central, PA. Cost $200 even for a set of 4 18" wheels...

How do you get the red line around the wheels. I might be interested in doing them orange.
Also, are stock calipers easy to paint?

tape and alot of time

I painted the black 1st, let the paint dry, then used some 3/4" fine line masking tape to tape it off and then painted the red
