SSR >HATES IT< when we order caps separately because they always think it's going to a replica wheel, but we buy enough from them where they can't say no. Shoot me an e-mail I"ll get your order sorted for you. Just to let you know it's coming on the boat so like 4-6 weeks though. Cheers,Gary

The offset would be close, the size would be a bit larger. Keep in mind R34 body is pretty large.
I can do $2399/set for the Type CRS in bronze in 19x9.5 +30 or +15, 19x10.5 +30 or +15. It's a special order set and they're pretty hard to come by in that size.
