WOW I didn’t know this! Very informative thanks.

I just wonder what it would look like if I was to get the +30 +28 offset..

i have a good idea of what the +17 and +18 but still have no idea of what a +30 and +28 off set looks like. is that inch of lip really that noticeable?

295/30/19 is a OE Porsche tire size. The PS2's are way too expensive. You can go with Yokohama ADVAN Sports, or Bridgestone RE050's for less money. Check out my Cardomain page in my sig. Those are 9" +22, and 10" +25. Roughly that is how the 9.5" +30 10.5" +28 will look. It is within a few mm's. My wheels are as flush as you can get with these tire sizes and fit without rubbing and have camber in spec. I also had to roll my fenders.

so the +28 and +30 will have no lip? The guys said there would be a 81mm lip on the front and 107mm lip in the back.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/19-in...spagenameZWDVW

this was the closest thing to the offset that i could find. to the +30 +28, this is +36 and +40, and they still have a lip.

These are all great tires but the yokos and RE50s are considered on the expensive side also. While it is true you can run larger tires with a more positive offset, the difference in the lip is noticeable. IMO if you are going to end up rolling the fenders anyways might as well go with the gansta 5" +18 lip

This guy is asking too much for the wheel. I thought my GTS wheels were kickass looking until I saw the ones in ^ auction. Do yourself a favor and save some time and money and talk to Rick @ Status, Andy @ Performance, or one of the other vendors.

Here are some comparison pics of the more aggressive offset versus the wimpy offset.....
Even though you have a bit of lip with the less aggressive offset, the stance of the car is dramatically less aggressive. I would and did go with the more aggressive offset.....

Wimpy.....

Real man.....

Those are ghey man offsets! Real men ride with the car slammed on the ground. When you're car has the fender clearance to go offroading then you can put whatever offsets on you want. That Z has enough fender clearance to compete in the Paris/Dakhar rally.
