Im not sure where to post this but anyways.....

Wanted to see if anyone has been able to get in touch with Wheel Auto Haus either yesterday or today (28 March)???

Wheel Auto Haus (Charles) is a sponsor on here and I recently sent payment to them for a set of RH R5 wheels. To keep a long story short, apparently my shipment was sent out and Charles said he was going to send me the tracking information. Well, I have not received the tracking information and so I sent Charles a PM yesterday to remind him. Today when I came into work....still no tracking information. So I tried calling his office.......no answer. I checked here to see if he posted any new threads and sure enough he had posted new threads advertising wheels for sale and it indicated he was still on the my350z.com website. So I try to call again......no answer. I have made numerous attempts to contact him today and I'm not getting answer. I did notice that his answering machine is not picking up like before.

So I am not sure what the issue is. I'm just worried b/c I sent payment for wheels to him, he said he received payment, but now I'm not getting any information back.

What do I do??? Has anyone been in contact with him today?

hahahahaha, you bumped the thread after 5 min. I wouldn't worry about it till a week goes by and you haven't heard from him. He might just have taken the day off or something. I doubt all the sponsors are on the board when they aren't working...unless they just happen to be Z people. I mean...some of the sponsors are on all the boards, like World One...they are big over on Nasioc but i doubt they get off work and go home and are all excited to get on my350z.com.

This is just my opinion...just give him a day or two and then see. I'm pretty sure they are a real business, i doubt they are trying to scam people.

 

hahaha....yeah, i posted the thread and not even 2 minutes after posting it got bumped off the "recently posted" threads page.

anyways, i am sure he's not scamming me. i just was wondering why he would be posting threads, still be on my350z.com, and after several times of me trying to call, nobody picks up. in the past, if i noticed him online and i would call....Charles would always pick up. maybe once or twice in the past i got an answering machine, but now after several rings it makes a noise like a fax machine.....no answering machine. i even sent him a two PM's while he was on my350z.com today.

 

Well they have been on here for about a year and they are still selling things so i doubt they are ripping people off. Just hang out and give him a day or so to reply. Sometimes when i pm sponsors for prices i don't hear back for a day or two, i'm sure they are busy doing stuff that is right in front of them most of the time. And then they have several forums to watch...it's a lot of work i'm sure.

 

These guys have been around for over 10+ years, they run a very reputable business here in the Tampa/Orlando area. Just give Charles some time, and he'll get back to you.

 

kool....thanks bro. i will try to be patient. its just hard to when i've handed over a lot of money and i'm not getting any information back on my order.

 

alright!!! i just got off the phone with Charles. everything is good to go, so i can calm down now and take a breather.


i have always been on the unpatient side....just my nature i guess.

anyways, i would like to say everytime i have talked with Charles at Wheel Auto Haus, he has always been very kool and respectful. i would recommend his service to anyone and if im in the market again for wheels sometime down the road, he'll be the first i go to.
