Default powdercoat gts star

has anyone done this yet? if so, are there special considerations on star removal and reassembly?

You might want to have them professionaly painted instead of powdercoating...

My concern after the powdercoating is if the "star" would fit back into the wheel correctly. Just a thought.

I'm still confused about the original question. I have Enkei RPO3's and have often thought about painting into the back portions of the spokes, but I can't discern if that is the OP's question.

sorry bout that folks ...

and it is the 5 spoke star on the volk GTS I talk about.
and not the lip...

I just thought that since they appear to be removable from the circular lip...that if anyone have ever e them to paint or powdercoat them...as that is how they differ from one another.

in retrospect, now that I think of it, no one should ruin such a beautiful wheel.
