Question Will these wheels fit? HP Racing Lightning 18"

I have a set of HP Racing 18 x 8 " wheels with 225/35 Kumho's on it. Will these fit on the Z? The specs are 5x100 and 5x114.3 ... does that mean its both patterns or available separately in those patterns? I want to put this on my Z. I know I need new tires but is it even possible? Do I need spacers, and modifications to make it fit? Thanks guys.

I believe the offset is +38 on it, so I am assuming right off the bat that I need 20mm or more spacers. I would like to keep the TPS on the new wheels, is this possible?

No, it will not fit/work. 225/35-R18 will be the wrong overall diameter for the Z. If you want to use your HP Racing wheels, you'll need to stick with the stock tire setup - 225/45-R18 and 245/45-R18. If you want to have the wheels/tires flush with the fender you'll definitely need the 20 mm spacers. If you want to stay a little bit more conservative, then go with 15 mm spacers.

Also, you'll only be using the 5X114.3 holes.
