I would start looking in order the following to find your answer:

1) Tire balance - Make sure they are all reading 0.0 | 0.0
2)Check the tread of the tire for feathering, chop, or mechanical wear
3) Make sure your wheels are not bent. -Balancer should show this
4) After market wheels - Make sure hub rings are on - I doubt this is it though
5) Bad suspension part such as tie rods, hubs, bushings...etc

All in all from what you are posting just sounds like a tire problem. Has nothing to do with your alignment. Alignment will not cause a car to shake unless the wear is so bad that the tires are severely damaged. But in most case the tires will fail first at that point.

ok so i have the same issue on my 05 350z. i am stumped because i have just had the tires balance and an alignment done! there is no change, the car still shakes at speeds over 70mph, no sooner and continues shaking at any speed above that. my tires are aftermarket (slightly larger) however balancing and alignment was just done. also i changed my rotors in case it was b/c of warped issue.. again no change in vibration.. if anyone has any insight PLEASE help! i dont want to start throwing money at the issue.. thanks!

Warped rotors won't make the car shake while driving, only when braking.

Sounds like an out of balance tire. Find a shop with a Hunter Road Force balancer, road force them, balance everything out, and enjoy driving your car again.
