Exclamation Volk wheel question - Will this offset work?

Hey everyone, I've tried searching thru people's setups but haven't been able to find what I'm looking for

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me

03 350z with VDC, lowered on Tanabe GF 210s (1" front/1.2" rear I believe)

I'm looking at a set of
Volk Racing GT-V
18x8 with a 40 offset

So does anyone know if this will work?
Would I need spacers? (and what size)

Also, they have 245/40/18's on them now

So I've figured out that they'll spin 1% faster in the front, and 3.6% faster in the rear, so I'm guessing that won't work...unless someone knows better

and if that doesn't work, could I go with the 245/40/18 in the front, and 245/45/18 (stock) in the rear?

Thanks!!

Thats a horrible fitment for the Z. If this is a set of used wheels, Id reconsider.
