Default Are these Touring or Track rims?

http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3212439

Do these rims match the 'trim' level of Touring?

I thought these rims were for anything below Touring level.

Is there a way to get the 'track' (or 'touring') rims on an Enthusiast and making it work with the tire sensor?

Thanks

Those rims were put on the 2005 Anniversary Edition, along with the all of the models except GT for 2006, I also believe they are the standard wheel for 2007. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I do not see Brembo calipers. I assume that they are NOT Rays wheels.

Can you put sending units in wheels, and expect them to work with no TPMS? No.

I thought these rims were stock on 2006 and 2007 models except for Touring trim on up. Thus making these rims the wrong ones for his car.

Funny, I believe the owner of that car bought my tires this weekend, he was driving it from NJ to Canada. Those are the correct wheels for the Touring. The Track and the Grand Touring come with the 18" and 19" track wheels.

Thanks for the clarification. I like the stock 06/07 rims but the Track rims are awesome.
