What is the Stock OFFSET of the Z, rear and front , do you guys know??

Look in your owners manual. It in the Technical specs section. We can't tell you without knowing what size, model of wheels and year.

the spec offset for the touring model is 2. But only in california. The rest of the world gets -4 offsets.

California is very strict about stuff like that.

+1 That's part of the reason Cali's prisons are so full. It is a good way to arrest Black peeps and throw em away. They're always using the wrong offsets.
