ruh roh.

erm, just ordered my Nismo LMGT4's yesterday, guy said last time they ordered em it was JUST the wheels. If they dont come with the weird 17mm nismo lugs where could i get some?

if you order the wheels, the lugs should come with them. that is part of the kit. the thing you will (and should) get is the lug adapter.
