ro_jas are great quality wheels...i think you're thinking of rotas, which are actually good quality as well, but just replicas

^^^Thanks. And they are 19X8.5" 25mm up front and 19X10" 30mm in the rear. I was looking for something a bit different than what I've seen around so I figured that I would go with these. 1 more side shot...

Might be a weird question, but do they make different wheels for the driver and passenger side of the car, or do the wheels just look different on each side? I ask this because I noticed that the spokes have a 'twisted' design, so if all 4 wheels have identical spokes then the one side of the car would twist forward, and the other side of the car would twist backwards.

These wheels in particular are all 4 the same so they look slightly different on each side. But I have seen some "directional" wheels that the manufacturer did just like you are saying and made them so that they would be going the same way on both sides of the car.
