Enkei Owners?
I'm sort of halfway in the market for wheels since some lovely thieves decided that they didn't like the ones I had and drove them into the curb.
I'm looking at several of the Enkeis -- mainly RPF1.
My questions are thus:
1) Why don't they make anything bigger than 8.5 width? Are they wide enough to be pleasant looking?
2) What offsets are available and what should I look for if I'm going to be running 18 x 8.5 front and rear?
3) Are the faces "concave" or do they stay flat regardless of offset?

They do have wider wheels. I have a set of 18x9.5 fronts, and 18x10.5 rears arriving on Thursday. Those are both +15 offset. I'll let you know how they fit when they arrive and I get the tires mounted.

Great setup. I've been looking for pics of a setup like this before I purchase. Glad I found this.

the tires are Toyo proxies T1R's 265/35/18 and 285/35/18. i had a tiny rub occasionally in the rear on dips, so i had the rears rolled a little. been driving hard a couple months now and no rubbin. the car really digs in!

yea, I love those rims. I shouldve held out till I found my pair, but I got a good deal on my current wheels, so I bought these. I still want a pair of RPF1's though. Your car looks gorgeous.

rpf1's have little concavity no matter what offset. if you want, look into ame's- enkie's higher end line.
here are my ame tracers:
more concavity, same style.
they may/will be for sale soon if your interested
