the inside of the rear fender has a horizontal piece of metal about 1/2" long that will rub on a rim thats really wide such as a 10.5" wide rim, rolling the fender is just like it sounds, you bend that piece of metal upwards so that its pressed flat against the vertical part of the fender so you have more room in the wheel well for the rim to fit.
