will running 2 dif brands of tires make a dif/hurt performance or ride in any way? My friend is giving me his tires 285/30/20 for the rears almost new but they are pirelli and the tires i have for the front are 245/35/20 falkens...

 

if you are a true driver then yes it will upset the balance of the handling but thats only if you push the limits of the tires and the car

 

I haven't the faintest idea how the car will handle. Better or worse I don't know. But certainly different.

 

Are they the same speed rating?
