18's aren't too small. it's easier finding 19 inch tires than 20...

how are 20s rice?

sure they arent my cup of tea, too big and not practical for DD use. but why are they rice? rice is something added to the car to add the LOOK of performance without actually adding any performance value at all. last time i checked, 20 inch rims dont make people think "fast".

i noticed a hatred for 20s in the few days ive been here lately.

note - i use almost no punctuation and almost no capital letters, so dont attack that in a feeble attempt to flame me.

Funny b-cuz I was just about to post up the same thread. I'm looking to get the same wheels. 20x8.5 F and 20x10 R. I'm still not sure what tires I should go with and what size in the rear. I want to go wide but I guess 275 is the widest without messing with other things. When are you getting them?

Will you need a camber kit if you lower 1"? Probably so.

How you gonna fill up the wheel wells by running 20" wheels? Do you plan on running the same tire profiles as your smaller wheels?

If ya wanna fill the wheel well, why not just run 75 series tires on your 17 or 18" wheels. That will fill the void

If you're going to run the correct size tire profiles with those 20's to keep your overall diameters correct, then the wheel gap is going to be even more apparent than the way it is now and you will need to drop even more.

i wasnt asking for anyones opinon on this i have my factory tires for going fast and flying around. i dont want to lower it because i wont be able to get in my works driveway. i almost scrape already. 20s isnt rice. i didnt get a 350 to drive i got it to look good. 20s look good on them. 19 is near impossible to find tires i wanted 20s to go with a bigger tire so it wasn t as rough a ride i work for keystone automotive our company is who supplies all the other companies with their after market parts. i am paying 1400 for the wheels and tires.

those rims are hot. but the problem is the front are backordered for 4 to 6 weeks

Front 20x8.5 245/35/20
Rear 20x10 295/30/20

Bro,

Don't listen to these rejects who felt the need to buy the "prerequisite mods to make my car my350Z.com cool." We're talking about a difference of.5" on either side of the hub. We both know that normal people in the street will think your car looks awesome with the 20's on it- So don't be discouraged by these guys with the rims made from recycled toasters. It's all about how YOU feel when you drive the car.

Example-
1. Take two hot chicks and put them in front of your car and the one with the gunmetal 18's above.

2. Ask them which one looks better.

3. Case closed.

20"s are not rice. 15"s are rice.

20" would look good i think, but would probably kill acceleration. I'm lookin for some 20"s too. check out the volk GT-C and GT-V
