Default Wheels Spec Question

Simple questions.

What is the the bolt patter for my 2006 350z and what offset should I stay at?

I was interested in the following wheels with stock tires (potenza's)!

http://www.wheelmax.com/product.asp?ProdId=1292

http://www.wheelmax.com/product.asp?...&Prod2P=219.44

Julius
