Default Reprograming TPMS?

i did a search but couldn't find what i was looking for, at least not during commercial breaks from Family Guy.

anyway, i purchased some TSW Thruxton wheels and tires from Discount Tire Direct and i bought the TPMS sensors they sell for the Z as i want to keep the stockers just in case. i know the new sensors have to be programed for the car, how do i do this? is it something i can find in the manual and do on my own or do i have to take it to the dealer?

thanks in advance.

hahah thats funny because what they do is just put a sensor next to the tpms on each wheel and wait till the headlight flashes...this takes maybe 20 seconds per wheel.
