Default How many have put 255/40/18 in the front?

I'm looking to buy new tires now and will stick with 275/40/18 in the rear. I'm curious if 255 will make much of a difference over 245. The diameter will be slightly taller (should have a little more comfort), but I was thinking it would help make the car a bit more neutral.

What is everyone's thoughts on this?

I prefer the 255/275 combo over the 245/275 combo by far.

I have 255 front / 285 rears on my Works.

Forgot to mention that they are 19's not 18's.

255/40/18 is an unusual size and not that many tires are available. I run 255/35s on a 10" wheel up front. This practically eliminates any understeer.
