Default 18"rim on front, 19" rear on Track model

A little help please. My brother has found a 2006 Track Coupe for sale with 18' Nissan stock rims on the front and 19" (Track Stock) on the rear. Aspect is 40 on the front tires and 35 on the rear tires. I haven't seen this setup before. Is this a stock setup? If not, any issues with differing rim sizes? Thanks!

Correct. Stock for Grand Touring. If you look at the Top 100 Questions thread, it tells you offsets and sizes. 245/40/18 front and 265/35/19 rear.

Any pix of the car before the lock. And curious how much the asking price is. But really you couldve searched a little more for that.
