Spacer bolt key/adapter
(Before I say what I need to, I will be posting pics tonight to make this a lot easier to understand, but in the meantime, someone out there may be able to help)
So I picked up some 15mm spacers from a guy off the Driver forum, with built in hub rings and extended lugs (have no idea what brand, still trying to find out from original owner).. So everything bolted up great except the nuts that you bolt up to your stock lugs have a weird 4-prong key/adapter, which broke under tension during the install. It is really poorly made, but with all that said, I will need a replacement.
My question: Does anyone know of the manufacturer of this spacer? Is it Ichiba? I've looked at pics of H&R, and Kics, and this isn't that.
So, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response. It's built in.
