Default TPMS Reading Wrong

My TPMS for the front left is wrong. The display shows 35/26 but a real tire gauge shows 35/35.

Any ideas why this is wrong? The beeping is killing me!

Could the battery be dying or the sensor just going out?

Could be either, but since the battery isn't replaceable you're looking at a new sensor anyway. If you're still in warranty, have the dealer look at it.

Ok so I checked out my tire pressure again today. The reading has been this:

F 35/25 R 35/35

I read the tires with a gauge and got this:

F 35/35 R 35/25

So I filled up the drivers side rear and the light went off. Looks like the only thing that is wrong is that the gauges are not reading to the right spot on the pod.

Yeap, looks like the sensors are not assigned properly - either that or you've swapped wheels and the sensors didn't get moved properly. I do know that some of the early Zs had the Left/Right display of the numbers swapped. I've never heard of one swapped front/back.

I'm just glad that I don't have a sensor out!
