Default Rim Lip Cleaning

My Lip on all four wheels have alot of watermarks on them right now an i just washed my car...no mater how hard i wash down on it the water marks do not come off..any suggestion on how to get them off?

Assuming it's a polished lip with no clearcoat, use aluminum polish by hand or with a polishing ball. I use the mini-ball and they look brand new after polishing.
