Default Konig Unknowns......will they fit?

I will admit, i know nothing about rims, and sizes....but i do want to learn.

i saw a nice wheel and i was wondering if would fit the 2003Z. Also what sizes would you set them in.

They are called - Konig Unknowns....i was looking at them in 19's

also, are Konigs reputable or complete trash?

Thanks for any help...

Welcome.
Learn about the OEM wheels and offsets.
Learn how to use an offset calculator.
No one learns anything asking open-ended questions such as this.

Here is a good starting point. This will explain why a 18 inch wheel that weighs 18 pounds cost $600.

Experiment with this calculator, and see which way the wheel moves.

They appear to fit the Z just fine here.

Just a word of advice: Don't make decisions on where and how to spend your hard earned money based on other people's opinions on the forum. Do your own research and use a little originality. If everyone here modified based on what everyone else thought, every Z on the road would be sitting on Time Attacks with a Nismo body kit.

Note: Not my car above.

Ok....so if i got a fatter wheel, i would have less clearence... and the higher the offset, even less clearence, and your wheel is positioned in?

does this make sense?

19X8 5-114.3 40B

Let me see if i got this right...
19x8= 19 inch rims x 8 inches wide
5-114.3= Bolt pattern arrangement? I believe this is the Z's bolt pattern right?
40B=Offset

So....wil this wheel fit on the Z?

Not a good choice. The OEM 8 inch wheel is a 30 mm offset. So you have moved the wheel 10 mm closer to the strut housing. Back to the calculator.

Does Konig make any 17x9 wheels that weight under 20 lbs?
I can get good deal locally on Konig, so if I can find a track wheels candidate, it may be the way to go.

Default 18" x 8 " KONIG UNKNOWNS

I have a set of konig unknowns on my Chrome Silver Z , Great price,Shipping ect. at discount tires.com, Jay Reed gave me a deal i couldnt turn down ,were out of the Crosshairs so bought the unknowns, ..10% , Free shipping, Free Tunner lugs, & locks , They Delivered them so fast i didn't have time on a second thought to call him back and add tires ..Now on my laptop ,will go on other computer and upload pictures ..Pay small attention to the critics , I have $2,000 mags on my Rx7 , and it means nothing so what ever floats your boat ..only issues is the 40 offset , works ok but im thinking of adding some 8mm - 15 mm spacers ..Was going to have the black powder coated silver same as the Z , but everyone says they look good the way they are ,,
