Damn this thread is old. I sold those wheels a while ago to another member on here. I used 800 grit to sand and PPG paint. The inside is a strip of vinyl decal. I haven't been on this site since I put my Z into storage. It just collects dust now.

I had these on my 240, I guess I should have kept them when I got the G, but I sold them to another G-owner, some local girl, she is still rocking them.

poor your z. anyhow wow. I fell in love with these ns6r. Wow that ppg color is amazing! is it a single step urethane? Or did you mix it with blue flake yourself?

sorry if this is back from the dead. I want to paint my stockies or my lmgt4 like these~

IIRC Nighthawk black pearl has blue pearl in it already but I added additional pearl into it.

Wouldn't have the same effect, stocks will look rice IMO and authentic LMGT4s should stay a classy color without the red highlights since the design is pretty subtle.

About how your car is collecting dust. Drive it. Unless, now it isn't in storage anymore.

I saw your car randomly in the clubs' homepage and after that I was on a mission to find your user album. I searched and searched to no luck. Randomly your car was on the homepage album art and I wrote down the rim name.

Looks so classy yet sporty. I love the look. How much did you let them go for?

Do you have any recommendation for beginners spray gun? Is the color you shot from a honda motorcycle?

I sold them to member Llama a few years ago, I don't recall how much. Any Anest Iwata LPH spray gun works great, just make sure to use little material with more air for control. Nighthawk black pearl is a common Honda paint color. I have a few other cars that I drive around so the Z doesn't get driven much only 20k miles since I bought it in 05. I recently got an EVO X for daily.

Should check the date of the original post. Wheels were sold years ago and the car has gone through many changes. I'm surprised this thread is still moving along. lol
