Nitrogen in tires?
yeah, you can use nitogen.
It doesn't lose psi as fast as air. But air itself has nitrogen in it,just not fully. Most track race cars use nitogen to get and keep better PSI in their tires.

we used it on our race cars... with 10 inch slicks on our asphalt pro late model... during a 10 lap hot lap session our tires could gain 10 psi on the right side tires... with nitrogen, there was maybe a 1 psi gain if any... its much more consistant and it does not expand when heated such as air...its good for racing because you can predict the tire stagger and pressure throughout the race much easier...

the Nitrogen molecule is actually smaller that both the Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide molecules that make up a good chunk of "air" and would actually leak more quickly because they will fit through a smaller hole.
It is a little bit lighter, but we are talking grams if that per tire.
