Default Q?s about Federal 595RS tires?

Hey guys, not really familiar with these tires but I heard and read some great reviews on them. They are dirt cheap and is also considered in the same class as the Falken RT-615, Kumho MX, Advan Neova, and Bridgestone RE01R. Did pretty decent on auto-x, track, and daily driving tests on Grassroots Motorsports. Any Z33 owners try these out yet? Especially anyone who has gone road racing with these?

I have an 03 Track Z33 w/ a TN ST setup, spring/damper combo and all camber adjustable parts. Semi daily drive the car, but getting real hooked on track racing due to a bunch of crazy customers (y'all know who you are!). Definitely dont want to do any slicks yet cause that will just mask any mistakes I make while being a noob @ road racing. I had experience with the MX tires and thought they were great, just wondering how these are compare to them. If not I know I'll end up running RT615s if anything.

Wheels Specs:
18x10 +15 ALL AROUND... I'm thinking 265/35 all around? how would the car behave with that setup? ... ppw350zunit I know you got some experience with this! =) please advise. TIA

Also I'm coming from a 255/35/19 and 285/35/19 setup, so I know I'll be much lighter but what else should I expect with the setup that I'm looking at? thanks guys.

i heard good things about the tires. i almost bought federals about a week ago but they didn't have the right size for the rear. i know professional drifters use them a lot so that may be a good or bad thing.

that leads me to think that they are very predictable as far as when they break loose... which would be a good thing for me.

thanks.

i use the 595SS for daily and drifting. with my limited knowledge and experience they hold up really well compared to other tires i have used.
price is great, and performance is awesome. unless i was sponsored, i would never switch to anything else.

as far as the 595RS, i have only used 1 set on the front. they felt really good, but for my purposes, the 595SS are more than enough for me.

i really dont think u can go wrong with the RS. especially when u consider the price compared to other mfgs.

i know i didnt really tell you anything, but hope this helps.

I just switched from RT-615 Azenis to the 595SS and the Federals aren't as good but for the price you can't beat them.
