Default Lug Nuts or the BOLT

I am not sure the technical name, but i am looking for help with the BOLTS that the Lug Nuts screw on to.

Could someone please inform me the name of this/these parts b/c i need to purchase a new set up, OEM. One of the bolts is sheered so i need to replace the item(s).

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

The wheel hub is the round disc with all the wheel studs
The actual bolts are the wheel studs. Lug nuts screw onto the studs
You can replace just the studs if you need, don't need a new hub

Thank you for the help looks like i will be just doing the studs.

Obviously infiniti can do this, would you assume any shop should be able to do the work. Say, the mom and pop shop that is a little more customer service oriented

You can do it yourself, its not hard. I did mine in about 20 min. The studs just hammer right out. But if you don't want to, yeah any small shop will be able to do it.
