Default help: my rim is leaking

i have a 2 piece wheel and air is leaking from the bolts where the face meets the barrel. so i took it to a repair shop but even though they took the whole wheel apart it still leaks, any suggestions? i also need suggestions on what kind of silicone is the best for sealing rims. i have tried underwater boat sealant from 3m it didn't work. i'm ready to weld these things already!

yeah thats possible but a good shop would have told you if it was bent. they would have to at least check for balance after disassembly of the wheel.
