could be dumb question

I have a set of rays track rims, what to get some rays lug nuts. I see there are short or long ones, which one should I get. Also does anyone know if they are locking? Thanks

Short ones are for regular studs. You need the long ones when you use longer studs. Yes, they come with a "lock" in the form of a special nut and socket to remove them.
