you will be disappointed when you mount these wheels...they'll be too tucked in

+38 is a pretty bad offset and 245 is is not the greatest width in the rear for aftermarket. Please tell me they arent chrome at least.

you'll definitely need some spacers with those offsets

have no idea if you'll rub though.

Those will probably not clear your BBK depending on spoke style. You will need 25mm spacers just to get them out where they should be. I know you got them cheap but dump them for something that is made in correct Z fitment.

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

Through no fault of my own I'm running a similar setup, and now, thanks to some thieves the wheels are bent and two tires have a slow leak. It looks awful. Stick to 18'' or 19'' and if you insist on getting 20's at least get them really wide with good offsets.

20x8.5 +38..sounds like a very cheap(probably chrome) wheels..

Also those are very tucked in, in the pics and they are 3mm less tucked in than your will be.
