I know that the front tires are slightly smaller than the rear tires, which is why we can't rotate our tires. So what's the size of the spare tire?

Won't it damage the car if I drive on a spare tire that is sized differently than the the front or rear tires?

It actually depends on what model you have, the lower models have the same size rims both front and back, and the year may make a difference, but if you have to use the spare, use it.
