Default My wheel are not flush with the fender, need help!

After I lower the car on tein S spring and put new rims on, I have notice that the left side is more tuck in than the right, people told me to get a camber kit and do an alignment, So I got the SPC camber Kit, the mechanics had put all my wheels in perfect spec! but the left front are still tuck in than the right. The mechanics said that it might be caused by my last accedient, which the body shop said that I didn't hit the wheel nor the suspension.

I am wondering if there is a problem with my upper arm or lower arm with my susupension parts. you guys know anything about it?

THNAK YOU
