Hey i searched but found only the stock rims before 06'. I have a silverstone Z with the stock 06' wheels and i was thinking about powdercoating the wheels gunmetal? Ever heard of anyone doing this? Anybody with pics? I dont think that it would weaken the wheels if done right so im not too worried bout that.

Members paint OEM wheels sure. And there are photos here. If you want a different color - do it.

 

so noone has ever painted/powdercoated the 06' wheels?

There have been some cases with powdering/chroming the OEM base wheels and rims cracking.

Dont do it , they crack. If you want to changethe color have them painted.

 

 

thinking about having my stockers painted gloss black for my black 06

 

ive decided to go against painting/powercoating the stocks. I'll just save up for some new wheels
