Current setup:
19x8.5 - 255/35/19
19x10.5 - 275/35/19
(Goodyear Eagle GSD3 are the brand)

I like how this looks now, with the rear being as stretched as I would like. I am looking at buying a new set of tires, the Toyo T1R. Now I have heard that the sidewall is rounder, making them appear smaller than a different brand of the same size (i.e. T1R 255 looks like a 245 GSD3).

can any owners chime in? I want to know so I can upsize if needed to a 285/35 rear. pictures with the same setup I have would always be welcome as well

yeah i have p275/35r19 toyo and they do seem a little narrower
than my 275 continentals did seem more like a 265 in appearance
i almost want to measure both side by side to see how much different
they really are-almost wonder if they make a 285/30 instead

 

cool, so I guess I will upsize! pretty sure they offer a 285/35 fitment.

just need a quick trip to the size calculator.

yeah, I think I am going to get the 285s then... it def. looks more stretched than the 275s I have now. thanks. guess I will stick with the 255s up front.

do you have 9.5 or 8.5 wide front rims?
