Looking for a quick response hopefully, on my g35 I have the es 2.2.2 19x9.5/11 ET 0 all around, on bc coils, spc camber kit, fenders rolled flat/slight pull.
On the 19x11 I'm running a 275/35 nitto nt555 in the rear with about -5.8 camber In the rear and still rub where the fender and where the bumper meets the fender. I need to get a smaller tire in the rear so I don't rub. it's chewing up the tire real bad on the outer edge.
Should I do a 255/35, 265/35 or do 275/30, tire dependent. I'm looking at getting either continental extreme contact DW or general G-max. Do either of those tires run large?
Here's what it looks like right now, I would like to have more stretch in the rear. Sorry for the big pics

I would go lower but my roads aren't that great. Do the continental or general tires run wide?

Run a smaller tire. I run 235/35 255/35 on 9.5/11 setup with 0 offset and I rubbed like crazy until I did a small pull.

Btw, he is right, Ohio roads suck.

Almost got stuck in Cincinnati last time I was there, almost all of the roads are rutted in so all you do is scrape the belly of your car haha.

Well I had originally bought nankang ns-20 tires 235/35 255/35 but the shop couldn't get the 255 to seat on the 11 they run super narrow, so I put that 255 on the 9.5 and it's a slight stretch as you can see from the pic. Had to go out and buy 2 tires and the 275/35 was pretty much all I could get with in a day.

And yeah the roads in Columbus suck having to drive downtown every day is a challenge, although there not too bad where I live at.

Btw what brand tire are you running? I don't want to end up getting another narrow tire

I live in PA. Throwing sparks is part of the game. More stretch isn't going to look right unless you go lower. So it's either live with the rub, do some trimming, pull more fender, or stretch more and have the setup look funny.

Throwing sparks is fun lol. I was heading back towards ZDayZ from downtown Knoxville and came onto a bridge with a NAAAAASTY bump, lit up the sky haha. I probably gave some old lady a heart attack.

I'm running Hankook V12s at the moment, terrible tire for cambered vehicles. I'm switching to Nankang NS-2's, not the 20's, but the 2's. I've got a buddy who ran them on a 9.5/11 setup with same size tires as me and had no problem getting them to bead. But if you do have issues, brake cleaner and a match. Or a cheetah!

Yeah they are plated and cleared. Was told it's like half the process of chrome plating. Once they get to the nickle portion they stop.

And not sure, once they are fully complete I will find out. Got a slight partnership going on with AG so we shall see.

hmm maybe ill just have to try a different shop then. im thinking of getting the continental extreme DW tires for the rears and probably another set of nankangs for the fronts or just switch the fronts to the rears and just have to get front tires that would be a cheaper way to do it. I just don't know if I want to have the lip poking past the tire a whole lot.
