you guys have to see these in person to truly appreciate how aggressive they look. i never thought i would come around to liking these really aggressive offsets but once i saw them person, i fell in love. im running +15 fronts with 9.5 inch fronts and +4 with 10.5 inch rears. not quite as low as these guys but enough to look good and still be able to get some wide rears. my camber isnt nearly is bad either.

So is this the new measurement of "cool"? The more space there is between the lip of the wheel and tire bead = teh hawtness?
Terrance?

Or was this a just an example of another person "pushing the limits" of tire stretching?

alvin, it's totally fckin cool! you know it! haha

with those tire sizes, i really would not define that as "pushing the limits", as those are still quite conservative sizes compared to the folks on the otherside of the water (Japan)

I've got that stretch for my FRONTS (19x10.5 | 245/35):

i was doing this style back with mini trucks 16 years ago!!!!! lol. 225/50 on a 15x10 with about a 6-7" lip. kind of over it now. i think the mb is about the only one i would roll and not feel like i was 17-18 again, lol.
some of you guys will be replacing bearings every 6 months, and tires even sooner.

I just have to point this out for all of the noobs that stroll through this post.... this is nothing new. Stretched tires have been around for a long time. If you want to see lots of examples next time you are at a meet look at the ae86's and the 240's this is very common in that scene... it's just becoming more and more popular with the Z community.

Sorry for a pointless post, I just needed to point this out for some!

Again this look is not for everyone, I can't even say I'd do it. I think it looks cool as ***, but just can't bring myself to do it. Anyways, here's some other pics from another forum

Because so many of you are thinking this is so exciting and new that you have started cluttering the thread with pictures of 240 (like this was something brand new that no one has ever heard off) I will just save you the hassle and post up thousands of pics all in one spot!

http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.p...hlight=stretch

if you are bored search through zilvia.net you will see pics all day long of stretched tires.

So for the sake of keeping this thread alive and worth while... why not keep it to 350z's and g35's something somewhat relavent to the site! Just my opion
